The movie may be loosely based on the Jules Verne novel "Journey to the Centre of the Earth" but its based on it nontheless which makes it one to watch if you are an avid adventurer or someone who dreams of exploration.From the word "go" this movie is packed with exciting twists in the tale and loads of action to keep you on the edge of your seats in awe at what's about to happen next.
The film stars Dwayne Johnson, Michael Caine, Josh Hutcherson, Vanessa Hudgens, Luis Guzmán, and Kristin Davis.
